By: Harrison H.B. No. 935 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the employment of certain executive heads of state agencies and employees reporting to those executive heads. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. The heading to Chapter 669, Government Code, is amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 669. RESTRICTIONS [ON CERTAIN ACTIONS] INVOLVING CERTAIN STATE EMPLOYEES [EXECUTIVE HEAD OF STATE AGENCY] SECTION 2.
