By: Harrison H.B. No. 970 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the application of prescription drug price reductions; imposing a civil penalty. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 1369, Insurance Code, is amended by adding Subchapter B-3 to read as follows: SUBCHAPTER B-3. PRESCRIPTION DRUG PRICE REDUCTIONS Sec. 1369.095. DEFINITIONS.
