BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: ARTICLE 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS SECTION 1.01. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the Election Accuracy, Transparency, and Accountability Act.
