89R3324 PRL-D By: Bhojani H.B. No. 1067 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the compensation paid to sales agents for state lottery ticket sales. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 466.358(a), Government Code, is amended to read as follows: (a) The director and each lottery operator shall determine the compensation to be paid to sales agents for the sale of tickets as provided by this section.
