89R3598 RDS-D By: Turner H.B. No. 1078 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the creation, distribution, and posting of a veterans benefits and services poster in the workplace. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subtitle B, Title 4, Labor Code, is amended by adding Chapter 320 to read as follows: CHAPTER 320. INFORMATION ABOUT BENEFITS AND SERVICES FOR VETERANS Sec. 320.001. VETERANS BENEFITS AND SERVICES POSTER. (a) In this section, "employer" means a person who employs at least 50 employees.
