89R3204 PRL-D By: Cole H.B. No. 1100 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to a tenant's provision of notice to a landlord for a repair or remedy through an online apartment portal. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 92.052(d), Property Code, is amended to read as follows: (d) The tenant's notice under Subsection (a): (1) must be in writing only if the tenant's lease is in writing and requires written notice; and (2) may be provided by the tenant to the landlord
