No. 1140 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to prohibiting a registered sex offender from residing within a certain distance of a public primary or secondary school. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1.
