89R2126 CMO-D By: Oliverson H.B. No. 1143 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the establishment of a memorial monument dedicated to unborn children on the Capitol grounds. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 443, Government Code, is amended by adding Section 443.01528 to read as follows: Sec. 443.01528. MEMORIAL MONUMENT FOR UNBORN CHILDREN. The State Preservation Board may approve and establish a memorial monument on the State Capitol grounds dedicated to unborn children. The State Preservation Board may use only private contributions
