89R3529 LRM-D By: Shaheen H.B. No. 1162 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the eligibility of certain production companies for a grant award under the moving image industry incentive program. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 485.022, Government Code, is amended by adding Subsection (e-1) to read as follows: (e-1) The office shall deny a grant application for a production company that at any time has produced a visual production depicting a child younger than 18 years of age engaged in sexual conduct or a sexual performance.
