89R188 SCP-D By: Raymond H.B. No. 1171 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to a study on state land use to facilitate health and wellness for veterans. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. STUDY REGARDING STATE LAND USE FOR VETERANS. (a) In collaboration with the General Land Office, the Texas Historical Commission, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, the Texas Veterans Commission shall conduct a study to identify and assess the use of state land, including state parks, for the purpose of facilitating health and wellness for veterans.
