89R2680 SRA-D By: Manuel H.B. No. 1196 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the requirement that the operator of an all-terrain vehicle possess evidence of financial responsibility for the vehicle. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 601.052, Transportation Code, is amended by adding Subsection (d) to read as follows: (d) Notwithstanding Subsection (a)(2-b), Section 601.051 applies to an all-terrain vehicle, as that term is defined by Section 551A.001.
