No. 1293 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the regulation by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality of certain outdoor burns conducted during a state of disaster or state of emergency. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 382.018, Health and Safety Code, is amended by adding Subsection (h) to read as follows: (h) The commission may not require notification to or authorization from a commission regional office as a prerequisite for conducting a controlled outdoor burn of combustible plant
