No. 1344 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to prioritization of requests for financial assistance from certain funds administered by the Texas Water Development Board. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter J, Chapter 15, Water Code, is amended by adding Section 15.6043 to read as follows: Sec. 15.6043. PRIORITY FOR CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES. In providing financial assistance from any revolving fund established under this subchapter, the board shall, to the extent permissible
