89R5174 AND-D By: Meza H.B. No. 1472 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the provision in the Nepali language of application forms and an alternate examination for a driver's license. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter A, Chapter 521, Transportation Code, is amended by adding Section 521.016 to read as follows: Sec. 521.016. LICENSE APPLICATION AND FORMS IN NEPALI. The department shall provide in Nepali: (1) the application form for an original or renewal driver's license; and
