By: Louderback H.B. No. 1486 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to dedicatory instruments prohibiting or restricting the display of Thin Blue Line flags by a property owners' association. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. SECTION 1. Sec. 202.001, Property Code, is amended by adding Subdivision (6) to read as follows: (6) "Thin Blue Line flag" means a flag that is similar to the flag of the United States of America in style and design consisting of both: (A) a black rectangle in the upper hoist corner bearing fifty white five-pointed stars arranged in nine offset
