No. 1490 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to creating a criminal offense for certain conduct involving the unauthorized use of a vehicle BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1.
