No. 1518 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the issuance by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs of verified residential rental applications. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. This Act shall be known as the Ready to Rent Texas Act. SECTION 2.
