89R16284 SRA-D By: McQueeney H.B. No. 4430 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to an annual study on motor vehicle collisions in this state. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter D, Chapter 201, Transportation Code, is amended by adding Section 201.212 to read as follows: Sec. 201.212.
