89R13860 CMO-D By: Dean H.B. No. 4433 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the requirements for obtaining an interbasin water transfer permit. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1.
