89R17585 KJE-D By: Leo Wilson H.B. No. 4440 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the use of receipts from attendance credit purchased under the public school finance system. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter D, Chapter 49, Education Code, is amended by adding Section 49.159 to read as follows: Sec. 49.159. TRACKING SYSTEM AND REPORT. (a) The agency shall develop a system to track the use of receipts from attendance credit purchased under this subchapter. (b) The agency shall annually post on the agency's Internet
