By: Rosenthal H.B. No. 4484 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the confidentiality of certain personal information in the custody of certain law enforcement and health care agencies of this state. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 552, Government Code, is amended by adding Section 552.164 to read as follows: Sec. 552.164. EXCEPTION: CONFIDENTIALITY OF CERTAIN INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT AND HEALTH CARE AGENCIES. (a) This section applies only to the following governmental bodies:
