89R12976 JAM-D By: Bell of Montgomery H.B. No. 4495 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the spacing and density requirements applicable to certain oil and gas wells. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 85, Natural Resources Code, is amended by adding Section 85.0555 to read as follows: Sec. 85.0555. DENSITY AND SPACING OF CERTAIN WELLS AFFECTING RANCHING.
