No. 4526 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the establishment of a grant program by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to plug abandoned and deteriorating water wells. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 28, Water Code, is amended by adding Subchapter F to read as follows: SUBCHAPTER F.
