By: Paul H.B. No. 4549 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the prompt payment of health insurance claims. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 843.338, Insurance Code, is amended to read as follows: Sec. 843.338. DEADLINE FOR ACTION ON CLEAN CLAIMS.
