89R4372 CMO-D By: Allen H.B. No. 4664 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to requiring public schools to make reasonable accommodations for lactating students. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter A, Chapter 38, Education Code, is amended by adding Section 38.044 to read as follows: Sec. 38.044. ACCOMMODATIONS FOR LACTATING STUDENTS. The board of trustees of each school district, the governing boards of the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired and the Texas School for the Deaf, and the governing body of each open-enrollment
