89R2001 MCF-D By: Schofield H.B. No. 4726 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the prohibited provision of homeless services in certain locations. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subtitle A, Title 9, Health and Safety Code, is amended by adding Chapter 763 to read as follows: CHAPTER 763.
