89R4053 LRM-D By: A. Davis of Dallas H.B. No. 4761 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the summer electronic benefits transfer for children program. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 33, Human Resources Code, is amended by adding Subchapter C to read as follows: SUBCHAPTER C. SUMMER ELECTRONIC BENEFITS TRANSFER FOR CHILDREN PROGRAM Sec. 33.101. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Agency" means the Texas Education Agency.
