89R9620 GP-F By: Phelan H.B. No. 4769 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to electronic delivery of documents sent or received by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 51.207, Occupations Code, is amended by amending Subsection (c) and adding Subsection (d) to read as follows: (c) The commission by rule may require an applicant or [,] license holder[, or other person who regularly receives correspondence from the department] to provide an e-mail address to
