89R15736 MPF-D By: Olcott H.B. No. 4771 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the citizenship status of and birth certificates for certain children born in this state. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. The Government Code is amended by adding Title 13 to read as follows: TITLE 13. CITIZENSHIP CHAPTER 5001.
