BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Title 1, Code of Criminal Procedure, is amended by adding Chapter 61 to read as follows: CHAPTER 61. ANIMAL CRUELTY REGISTRATION PROGRAM
