By: Harrison H.B. No. 4784 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to a prohibition on diversity, equity, and inclusion by state agencies. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Title 10, Subtitle Z, Government Code, is amended by adding Subchapter 3001 to read as follows: SUBCHAPTER 3001. PROHIBITION ON DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION Section 3001.001. PROHIBITION ON DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION BY STATE AGENCIES.
