By: Capriglione H.B. No. 4823 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to an electronic filing system for certain reports of political contributions and expenditures. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. This Act may be cited as the Campaign Finance Transparency Act. SECTION 2.
