89R15647 AMF-F By: Capriglione H.B. No. 4827 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to a contract for professional services rendered to a school district. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 44.031(f), Education Code, is amended to read as follows: (f) This section does not apply to a contract for professional services rendered, including services of an architect, attorney, certified public accountant, engineer, or fiscal agent.
