No. 4841 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to a program administered by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to connect clean vehicle program applicants with certain vehicle owners to facilitate the issuance of grants or other funding for the replacement of those vehicles. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter B, Chapter 386, Health and Safety Code, is amended by adding Section 386.058 to read as follows: Sec. 386.058.
