BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 12.153, Business Organizations Code, is amended to read as follows: Sec. 12.153. AUTHORITY TO EXAMINE MANAGEMENT OF ENTITY.
