By: Vasut H.B. No. 4866 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the review, adoption, and modification of land development regulations by certain counties and municipalities. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subtitle C, Title 7, Local Government Code, is amended by adding Chapter 248 to read as follows: CHAPTER 248.
