BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 370.174(b), Transportation Code, is amended to read as follows: (b) Consistent with other law and commission rule, an authority may spend surplus revenue on other transportation
