BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. This Act may be cited as the Texas Prosperity Payout Act. SECTION 2. Chapter 403, Government Code, is amended by adding Subchapter V to read as follows: SUBCHAPTER V. TEXAS PROSPERITY PAYOUT FUND
