BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 43.26, Penal Code, is amended by amending Subsections (a), (e), (g), and (h) and adding Subsections (a-1), (a-2), (c-1), (c-2), (c-3), (c-4), (e-1), (f), (g-1), (h-1), and (h-2) to read as follows:
