89R12384 JAM-F By: Moody H.B. No. 4913 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to procurement procedures for certain municipal housing authorities. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter D, Chapter 392, Local Government Code, is amended by adding Section 392.0566 to read as follows: Sec. 392.0566. PROCUREMENT PROCEDURES FOR CERTAIN MUNICIPAL HOUSING AUTHORITIES. Notwithstanding any other law, a municipal housing authority described by Section 392.0162 is required to comply with competitive procurement procedures
