By: Y. Davis of Dallas H.B. No. 4920 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the comptroller's report on the effect of certain tax provisions. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 403, Government Code, is amended by adding Section 403.0148, REPORT ON TAX PROVISIONS TO CERTAIN DOMESTIC PRIVATE ENTITY to read as follows: (a) Before each regular session of the legislature, the comptroller shall report to the legislature and the governor a list of each domestic private entity receiving a credit, exemption, or discount in relation to a tax or fee imposed by the state if the
