No. 902 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to an alternate board certification to signify accreditation within a given specialty in this state and medical care provided at certain health care facilities by physicians with an alternate board certification. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 222, Health and Safety Code, is amended by adding Subchapter D to read as follows: SUBCHAPTER D. MEDICAL CARE PROVIDED BY PHYSICIANS WITH ALTERNATE BOARD CERTIFICATIONS AT CERTAIN HEALTH CARE FACILITIES
