89R2574 ANG-D By: Hall S.B. No. 933 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the location of meetings of the board of directors of a municipal utility district. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 54, Water Code, is amended by adding Section 54.103 to read as follows: Sec. 54.103. MEETINGS. (a) A regular or special meeting of the board must be held: (1) if less than 50 percent of the land area inside a district has been developed, at a publicly accessible location:
