89R4238 RDR-D By: West S.B. No. 939 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the members of a school district's local school health advisory council. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 28.004, Education Code, is amended by amending Subsection (d) and adding Subsections (d-3) and (d-4) to read as follows: (d) The board of trustees shall appoint at least five members to the local school health advisory council.
