89R6125 BCH-F By: West S.B. No. 940 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to allowing the board of trustees of certain school districts to create a nonvoting student trustee position on the board. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subchapter C, Chapter 11, Education Code, is amended by adding Section 11.0512 to read as follows: Sec. 11.0512. STUDENT TRUSTEE.
