89R3344 SRA-F By: Flores S.B. No. 1042 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the Kimble County Hospital District of Kimble County, Texas. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 1049.052, Special District Local Laws Code, is amended to read as follows: Sec. 1049.052. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE. (a) To qualify for election to the board, a person must: (1) be at least 18 years of age; and (2) have been a district resident for at least one year
