89R3775 CMO-D By: Hinojosa of Hidalgo S.B. No. 1050 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to energy savings performance contracts for local governments; creating criminal offenses; authorizing a fee. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Chapter 302, Local Government Code, is amended by designating Section 302.001 as Subchapter A and adding a subchapter heading to read as follows: SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS SECTION 2. Section 302.001, Local Government Code, is amended by amending Subdivisions (5) and (8) and adding
