No. 1051 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to the calculation of certain ad valorem tax rates of a taxing unit for a year in which a property owner provides notice that the owner intends to appeal an order of an appraisal review board determining a protest by the owner regarding the appraisal of the owner's property. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 5.07(g), Tax Code, is amended to read as follows: (g) The forms described by Subsection (f) must be in an
