By: Middleton S.B. No. 1068 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to intercollegiate athletic competitions based on biological sex. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1.
