89R9538 GP-D By: Hughes S.B. No. 1091 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT relating to a permit authorizing the movement of certain vehicles transporting an intermodal shipping container. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 623.0172(c), Transportation Code, is amended to read as follows: (c) The department shall restrict vehicles operating under a permit issued under this section to routes that are: (1) located in a county with a population of more than 90,000;
